Rental Policies and Conditions

All cottage reservations require a $375.00 deposit per week, per cottage rental. This deposit must be recieved by us no later than 10 days after your reservation has been made.

All rates are based on one family or a four person occupancy. A minimum of 3 nights of stay during peak season. An additional fee of $20.00 per day, or $120.00 per week is applied for additional person (beyond 4 persons) to stay (maximums apply).

All cottage rentals and subsequent services are subject to 13% sales tax (HST) .

Important Rules

• All visitors must check in at the Office, no exceptions. We strive for the safety of all of our cottagers
• There is NO Lifeguard on duty at the beach
• Parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for children's safety at all times
• Loud parties, profane language, or behaviour that interferes with the pleasure of others will not be tolerated
• Quiet time is designated between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am
• No pets are allowed without permission. A pet charge of $20.00 per week may apply, and your pet must be on leash at all times
• Cutting and/or defacing trees or any property is strictly forbidden.
