Cancellation Policy

When you reserve your cottage with us, we ask that you provide us with a $375.00 deposit per week for the duration of your stay.

If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday with us, we ask that you provide us with no less than 60 days notice, and we will provide you with 70% of your deposit as a refund. If you cancel less than 60 days notice, we cannot provide you with a return on your deposit, as this time may have been requested by other cottagers and we will not have sufficient notice to re-assign the cottage for the use of others.
